This morning raining cat & dog, I didn't go to pasar, cooked porridge for our breakfast + lunch.

afternoon doing some account stuff, updating blog and taught Stamos chinese. His chinese super weak, some common and basic character he couldn't remember, so i want him to write down all the charater which repeated studied few times in this 2 weeks and want him to read, after he read then can go out for jogging with me. But he can't focus and kept playing at the time while reading. In the end, he stayed at home and Tiffany followed me to go jogging.

Recently set my schedule for jogging at Wed, Sat & Sun. Want to get rid of my fat, since Cavan birth, i hardly to lose my weight, even thought i had diet. Today Tiff accompay me to go jogging, she ride bicycle and i runned. This was the 1st time she go with me, feeling super good.. if every time jogging she go with me will be more motivation. :)

Today Cavan kept on trying to stand by his own, i believed another 2 more weeks he can start to walk. :)
